Welcome to Exosphere. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Exosphere provides marketing, branding, and creative solutions as described on our website and proposals. The scope of work will always be outlined in a signed agreement or service package.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely information, feedback, and approvals required to complete projects. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payments

  • A 50% down payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Packages include a set number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • Deliverables will be shared in agreed formats (e.g., PDF, MP4, editable files where applicable).

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. However, completed work and non-refundable deposits will be charged accordingly.

  • Exosphere reserves the right to terminate services for breach of contract or non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients own the final designs and strategies created specifically for them.

  • Exosphere reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both Exosphere and the client agree to keep sensitive business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exosphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, results from marketing efforts may vary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
