Payment and Policies

Simple, transparent terms so you know exactly what to expect when partnering with us.

  • Yes. We require a 50% downpayment before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or milestone completion.

  • We accept bank transfers and GCash. International clients may also pay via PayPal.

  • We understand plans may change. If you choose to terminate, we’ll bill only for the work completed up to that point. Retainers or long-term contracts may have specific terms outlined in your agreement.

  • We don’t typically offer refunds once services are delivered. However, we stand by the quality of our work and will make reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.
