Yes. We require a 50% downpayment before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or milestone completion.
We accept bank transfers and GCash. International clients may also pay via PayPal.
We understand plans may change. If you choose to terminate, we’ll bill only for the work completed up to that point. Retainers or long-term contracts may have specific terms outlined in your agreement.
We don’t typically offer refunds once services are delivered. However, we stand by the quality of our work and will make reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.
